The Women, Peace and Security program organizes public convenings in New York City and around the world to bridge theory and practice in the field of gender, peace and security. These convenings aim center the expertise of grassroots women activists, to showcase the breath and scope of peace and security work in their local context, and to highlight the critical contributions of grassroots women in particular to reshaping the peace and security terrain, both locally and transnationally.
